Melissa Wallace
Melissa is a Chartered Accountant with a background spanning private practice, the private sector, and government. That breadth of experience shapes everything she does, giving her clients a perspective on their finances that goes well beyond the numbers.
Her practice is built around two things, compliance done right, and financial leadership that actually moves businesses forward. She works primarily with Māori businesses and organisations, bringing a deep understanding of the unique context they operate in and a genuine commitment to making financial expertise more accessible.
Outside of her practice, Melissa contributes her time to not-for-profit boards, keeping her grounded in the real governance and financial challenges that community organisations face every day. When she's not in the boardroom, you'll likely find her on the water with her Waka Ama crew, or at home with her three tamariki.
Based in Te Taitokerau, her approach is straightforward....solid foundations, clear horizons, and a genuine commitment to walking the journey alongside the people she works with.
